Shipping Policy

Most of our apparel, tote, hat, and mug items are made to order through our print-on-demand partners and typically ship within 3-7 business days, with delivery times varying based on your location.

Custom 3D-Printed Name Placards are hand-made to order. After you submit your order details, we'll send a digital proof within 24-48 hours for your approval. Once approved, please allow 3-5 business days for printing and finishing before shipment.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order has left our hands, but we're happy to help track down a lost or delayed package.
